Usui Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner

This class teaches various techniques for self-improvement, including methods for physical and emotional healing, personal development, and the ability to perform Reiki sessions on oneself and others. Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves the transfer of healing energy through the hands to promote balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit.

Anyone can learn Reiki!  There are no prerequisites for this class level.

As part of the class, students will learn Reiki techniques, receive attunements, and participate in guided meditations, each of which will also contribute to their own healing and self-improvement.

Upon successful completion of the class, you'll be provided with:

• a student certificate
• ongoing support from Teresa as a Reiki resource
• Generic Continuing Education (CE) form available for professionals at no additional charge (Students are solely responsible to see if their governing board will accept and grant Continuing Education hours.)
